Job Description - Develop and execute brand identities (CI), including logo design and visual brand guidelines - Ensure consistent brand presence across fashion, e-commerce, social media, print, and physical assets - Conceptualize and evolve brand look & feel as well as seasonal visual directions - Lead and execute creative campaigns from ideation to post-production - Art direct shoots, including mood boards, styling references, and on-set direction - Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives (e.g. producers, photographers, stylists) - Create visual concepts for events, fashion shows, and branded experiences - Translate brand and campaign ideas into cohesive and immersive visual executions - Oversee design execution across all physical and digital touchpoints - Build a strong understanding of brand DNA, positioning, and target audiences - Contribute to defining long-term creative strategies and visual direction - Stay on top of trends in fashion, design, and culture and bring in fresh perspectives Qualifications - Five or more years of experience in design and art direction, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies - Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, logo design, and campaign/art direction work - Experience working across digital, print, and product applications - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Hands-on experience with creative AI tools (e.g. image generation, editing, ideation) - Strong visual taste and deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends - Ability to think conceptually and execute with a high level of craft - Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have - Experience working with social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok) and understanding of digital-first storytelling - Skills in video editing, motion design, or photography - Experience working with or directing talent/influencers Additional Information Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
