Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical consultant for enterprise clients, serving as the trusted authority on platform solutions and fostering strategic relationships.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams across regions to evaluate hiring workflows and performance needs, ensuring accurate technical fit and product execution.
- Support the go-to-market team across the customer journey, including leading technical presentations to potential clients.
- Design and deploy customized interview frameworks tailored to the needs of each new enterprise client.
- Lead periodic strategic check-ins with clients to confirm ongoing alignment with business goals and performance expectations.
- Develop and lead training programs for executive stakeholders, tailored to organizational objectives.
- Evaluate detailed performance metrics in coordination with content and data specialists, and convert insights into strategic actions that enhance client outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes within customer operations and go-to-market functions to increase client value delivery.
