Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software design and development using Oracle.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with advanced Oracle features such as BULK Collection.
Demonstrated proficiency in database development and performance tuning in Oracle RDBMS, including PL/SQL performance tuning on large-volume data sets (execution plan analysis, bulk operations, partitioning, indexing strategy).
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate PL/SQL development, code review, and testing.
Deep understanding of advanced features in Oracle database development.
Experience with standard tools such as JIRA and GIT.
Configuration of CI servers (Hudson/Jenkins/Bamboo, Cruise Control).
Implementation of CI/CD.

Knowledge of functional programming preferred.
Understanding of prevalent Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies with specific exposure or participation in Agile Scrum techniques preferred.
