Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor junior analysts within the data solutions team
- Design and implement SQL-based automation for complex reporting and calculations
- Construct data pipelines to replace manual workflows
- Minimize manual reporting demands by building self-service dashboards and tools
- Deliver and interpret dashboard insights to guide business decisions
- Propose enhancements to systems and processes across departments
- Partner with department leads to define, build, and sustain reporting requirements
- Conduct financial analyses including contract pricing and impact assessments
- Support pricing initiatives by identifying performance trends and improvement areas
- Evaluate and present client-specific reports to maximize contractual outcomes
- Develop intuitive, interface-driven tools to enable non-technical users to generate reports
- Document business processes and application functionality accurately
- Assist sales operations with performance tracking and opportunity targeting
- Work with operations teams to design and implement process optimization strategies
- Generate reports as a backup when necessary
- Support leadership with forecasting and annual budget preparation
- Share expertise with colleagues and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing
- Engage in continuous learning to meet current and future business demands
- Complete all required compliance and regulatory training
- Carry out additional tasks as needed
