Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain accurate, dependable data models to inform business decisions
- Collaborate across departments including Data Science, Commercial Leadership, Sales Operations, Product, Design, and Engineering
- Create, test, refine, and deploy machine learning models
- Design and execute experiments to validate business hypotheses, such as identifying high-potential customer segments
- Maintain and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and performance indicators aligned with core business goals
- Support team development through knowledge sharing and continuous learning
