Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle tracking of customer acquisition sources including paid advertising, referrals, affiliate programs, and organic traffic, evaluating performance, cost efficiency, and return on investment while collaborating closely with channel leads to deliver timely insights.
- Create robust systems for attributing conversions to specific channels and design incrementality models to differentiate actual cause-and-effect relationships from coincidental patterns.
- Lead analytical efforts for growth-focused initiatives such as marketing campaigns, user incentives, and time-limited promotions, supporting teams from initial forecasting through post-activity evaluation.
- Develop and standardize methods for measuring incremental impact using techniques like control group testing, synthetic controls, and difference-in-differences, enabling faster analysis for repeated programs.
- Collaborate with growth teams to assess user activation, engagement, and revenue generation across the customer journey; build cohort studies, retention models, and segmentation strategies to uncover key growth opportunities.
- Plan and conduct A/B experiments with strong statistical foundations, delivering clear, interpretable results to product and growth decision-makers.
- Design and implement AI-powered analytics solutions, including language model interfaces, anomaly detection systems, and self-service tools that expand data accessibility across product and growth functions.
- Leverage knowledge of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and autonomous agent workflows to address complex analytical challenges at scale; keep pace with advancements in AI to integrate emerging tools into daily operations.
- Act as the main analytical contact for growth managers and product leads, transforming technical findings into straightforward, strategic recommendations for diverse audiences.
