TENEX.AI is hiring a Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models optimized for security use cases including anomaly detection, threat identification, and behavioral analysis.
  • Perform feature engineering and selection on high-volume, real-time security data such as logs, network telemetry, and endpoint signals.
  • Manage the full model lifecycle with emphasis on version control, testing protocols, and iterative improvements using MLOps standards.
  • Keep current with advancements in data science, deep learning, and AI applications in cybersecurity to inform product evolution.
  • Investigate new statistical and machine learning approaches to address evolving cyber threats.
  • Build and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model effectiveness and business impact.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to structure and prepare complex datasets for training and inference.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines tailored to feature extraction and real-time model serving.
  • Utilize vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation systems to enhance context in large language model applications.
  • Engage with security operations teams to align model outputs with operational needs and real-world threat patterns.
  • Partner with product management to define AI-driven features and quantify their business value.
  • Communicate technical results and model behavior clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
