Responsibilities
- Build and optimize machine learning models to understand and predict user behavior across the full lifecycle - acquisition, engagement, churn, and LTV.
- Partner with marketing, product, and growth teams to turn predictions into measurable business impact.
- Conduct in-depth product analysis to identify key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Use data insights to guide product development and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers to steer data-driven features and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize product features and marketing strategies.
- Ensure scientific rigor and proper statistical methods in A/B testing initiatives.
- Support interpreting A/B test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, user segmentation, and personalization.
- Apply deep learning techniques for complex data analysis tasks (image recognition, natural language processing, etc.) to drive user acquisition and monetization of the JustPlay app.
- Lead data science projects from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for data science projects.
