Responsibilities
- Conduct applied research to advance data-driven product solutions within the Technology & Development division.
- Develop, optimize, and implement cutting-edge neural network architectures tailored for Extreme Multilabel Classification tasks.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and reproducibility across projects.
- Work closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers to integrate models into live production systems.
- Promote knowledge sharing and professional growth in data science through internal forums and practice groups.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and student researchers, acting as a subject matter expert.
