Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle AI and machine learning initiatives, from defining business requirements through data processing, model creation, deployment, and ongoing performance tracking.
- Analyze intricate business challenges using quantitative methods to uncover trends and relationships within large-scale datasets.
- Aggregate and manage data from diverse internal and external sources to build comprehensive datasets for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
- Establish and apply standardized methods to produce clear, accurate reports, visualizations, and dashboards for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop models for image recognition and natural language processing that interpret complex data to support decision-making similar to human cognition.
- Select optimal model structures and tuning parameters to maximize prediction accuracy and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess their objectives and deliver focused analytical outputs that guide strategic planning and performance improvement.
- Form strategic collaborations, exchange expertise, and provide forward-looking insights to support leadership decisions while identifying key risks and opportunities.
