Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain robust data workflows that transform unstructured claims data from multiple sources into consistent, enriched formats using technologies such as Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Trino, ClickHouse, Airflow, Datadog, and AWS cloud platforms
- Implement automated systems for monitoring and ensuring data integrity and reliability
- Generate anonymized datasets that comply with privacy standards, applying de-identification and PII minimization protocols defined in collaboration with Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams
- Create detailed technical designs and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Proactively gather and prioritize input from internal stakeholders to guide technical and product decisions
- Deliver iterative improvements with a focus on delivering measurable impact
