Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of a robust, scalable data infrastructure supporting analytics, machine learning operations, and business intelligence
- Work hand-in-hand with data science, machine learning, application, and DevOps teams to deliver complete ML Ops workflows
- Design and oversee data warehousing systems using Datab游戏副本s, Dbt, and Spark
- Build and sustain ETL and data pipeline architectures that process both structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Enhance data storage, retrieval, and computation efficiency while minimizing costs in cloud environments on GCP and AWS
- Create and support analytical dashboards and reporting tools using Sigma, Metabase, and similar BI platforms
- Enforce adherence to data governance, security, and privacy standards, including HIPAA and SOC-2 compliance
- Assess and deploy third-party tools for data anonymization and security to safeguard sensitive information
- Offer strategic direction for evolving the data platform in line with organizational and technical growth
- Design infrastructure for Large Language Model operations, covering training, fine-tuning, and inference processes
- Partner with AI and ML teams to refine LLM serving systems for both real-time and batch data processing
- Develop monitoring and observability frameworks for LLMs to ensure performance, cost control, and alignment with ethical AI principles
- Integrate cutting-edge LLM technologies into current data systems to improve analytical capabilities and decision support
