Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent discipline, with over five years of hands-on industry experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and either PySpark or Scala Spark for large-scale data processing.
- Demonstrated experience developing robust, production-ready data pipelines with comprehensive data validation and quality assurance mechanisms.
- Strong background in managing data platforms, including Spark cluster operations, job scheduling, and workflow orchestration using tools like Airflow, Dagster, or custom solutions.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows and model deployment; experience in audience segmentation or look-alike modeling is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Rust, particularly applied to backend systems or performance-intensive client-side components.
