Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives spanning the full consumer credit lifecycle, from onboarding to collections management
- Develop and refine statistical and machine learning models through all stages, including design, training, validation, and deployment
- Leverage diverse technologies such as SQL, PySpark, Python, and AWS to extract insights from large-scale datasets
- Create and optimize customer acquisition strategies involving segmentation, decision logic, and threshold settings
- Convert analytical outcomes into actionable business insights for cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with internal and external teams to define analysis scope, performance metrics, and implementation requirements for decision systems
- Analyze results to detect patterns, uncover challenges, and propose data-driven alternatives aligned with business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to end-users through clear and effective communication
- Develop implementation roadmaps and support audit processes for statistical models and decision tools
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of data-driven products, services, and operational workflows
