Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and data models in cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or Redshift to support business intelligence reporting.
- Construct efficient processes for handling semantic data from unstructured sources to enable advanced search and retrieval capabilities.
- Create lightweight analytics tools and dashboards that support natural language queries and deliver AI-driven insights.
- Implement and manage workflows for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and orchestration to support conversational AI systems.
- Manage vector databases and build optimized indexing strategies to enhance retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) performance.
- Collaborate with data stakeholders to define requirements for language model projects and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Document data pipelines, workflows, and model deployment procedures comprehensively.
- Stay current with emerging trends and tools in data engineering, MLOps, and large language model operations.
