Responsibilities
- Build and improve ELT pipelines to incorporate new data sources and strengthen data handling within the data warehouse and related systems
- Support the creation and execution of a healthcare data ontology, including entity matching, master data governance for hospitals and providers, aligning source inputs to standard entities and measurements, and managing consistent terminology and mappings such as specialty classifications, ICD/OPS codes, and national hospital registries
- Collaborate across teams including engineering, data science, and analytics to produce well-documented, reliable datasets used for healthcare metrics, benchmarking, and product development
- Advance business goals through data-driven solutions, such as lowering expenses and improving data accessibility
