Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and large language model tools to automate data engineering processes such as code generation and schema monitoring.
- Create automated systems for ingesting, transforming, orchestrating, and deploying data using artificial intelligence-enhanced accelerators.
- Embed machine learning and artificial intelligence functions into data pipelines for detecting anomalies, enriching metadata, and identifying patterns.
- Design and implement automated data validation systems with AI-supported quality assurance checks.
- Assume full technical responsibility for all phases and versions of assigned software components.
- Architect technical solutions that fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Deliver ongoing production support by managing essential data pipelines, resolving operational incidents, maintaining system reliability, and conducting root cause analysis.
- Document system designs, architectural choices, and code deliverables clearly and engage in team knowledge transfer.
- Deliver consistent progress updates and technical communications to stakeholders and project collaborators.
- Support solution adoption by developing training materials, documentation, and readiness plans.
- Collaborate across multiple initiatives and organizational units to assist engineering tasks and cross-team programs.
- Follow established industry standards, engineering best practices, and governance policies.
- Serve as a key contributor in delivering complex, high-impact projects on schedule and within budget.
