Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of critical data pipelines and infrastructure, contributing to team support rotations to maintain high system availability and ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex data pipeline and infrastructure problems, often extending collaboration beyond immediate team boundaries to deliver effective solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end data onboarding process, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to integrate new data sources using established tooling and frameworks.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable and reliable data systems leveraging modern technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and Terraform.
- Stay current with emerging data engineering trends and champion adoption of innovative tools and best practices to enhance data delivery speed and engineering effectiveness.
