Ellevation is looking for a Senior Data Engineer for a 3-month contract position. You'll be responsible for designing and building robust data pipelines and infrastructure that supports our mission-critical applications.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines
- Implement data models and schemas to support analytics and product features
- Optimize data storage and processing for performance and cost
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering roles
- Strong expertise in SQL and experience with modern data warehouse platforms
- Proven experience with data pipeline tools and orchestration frameworks
- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data architecture
- Experience working with cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a contract timeline
