Lead Bank is looking for a Senior Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to develop actionable insights that guide product strategy and business decisions. You will be instrumental in building a data-informed culture across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance and business KPIs.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with product and business teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Design and implement data models and ETL processes to support analytics needs.
- Lead the development of self-service analytics tools for stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with modern BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into data analysis and clear visualizations.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
