Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, refinement, and ongoing support of scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows to meet enterprise analytics demands.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to detect trends, anomalies, and meaningful patterns, and present findings and resolutions to relevant parties.
  • Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business units to define data needs and deliver customized analytical tools and outputs.
  • Establish and uphold data governance and quality controls to maintain integrity, consistency, and secure handling of data assets.
  • Develop comprehensive data models that improve data discoverability and enable fast, efficient querying for reporting and analysis.
  • Use Python, Snowflake, and SQL to construct reliable data systems and conduct thorough data profiling tasks.
  • Keep current with advancements in data engineering and analytics technologies, integrating relevant innovations into team workflows.
  • Provide technical mentorship and support to less experienced engineers and analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth.
