- Collaborate with business units to establish quantifiable objectives and track progress effectively
- Assist stakeholders in analyzing historical outcomes and determining strategic priorities moving forward
- Lead improvements in data collection processes to enhance usability and actionability for teams
- Communicate insights clearly to influence business decisions
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visual tools to monitor key performance indicators
- Enhance data pipelines and modeling to support integration of advanced data sources
- Enable automation opportunities by leveraging data systems and insights

Recruitment process
The hiring process includes three stages: an initial video screening with a recruiter, a first interview with the Data & Insights team lead and a peer analyst, a live business case focused on product analytics, and a final round involving a take-home assignment followed by a concluding interview.
Final Round Location
The final interview stage will take place in person at the Amsterdam office.
