Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, identify reporting and analytics needs, translate requirements into effective data solutions, and help convert insights into actions.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Sigma, delivering clear and actionable insights to business leaders and operational teams.
- Use SQL to query, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Snowflake.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, opportunities, and potential areas of concern.
- Establish and promote best practices for reporting, data governance, metric definitions, documentation, and data integrity.
- Improve and scale existing BI assets and reporting processes through simplification, standardization, and automation.
- Partner with data and technology teams on data modeling, warehouse development, and improvements to the Snowflake environment.
- Evaluate analytics tools, processes, and capabilities and recommend improvements that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the BI function.
