2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, finance analyst or similar role.
Hands-on SQL expertise - you can write queries, create and optimize dashboard models.
Proficiency in data visualization tools - we use Tableau, but experience with other tools works too.
A results-driven mindset - you love turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business impact.
Strong communication & collaboration skills - you can explain complex data in a simple way and work well with cross-functional teams.

Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis, A/B testing experience or knowledge of statistical concepts.
