Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business and reporting requirements, then document findings.
- Convert business objectives into scalable analytics and reporting systems.
- Design and build Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
- Maintain existing Power BI reporting infrastructure and models.
- Prepare raw data for analysis using Microsoft Fabric and related tools.
- Transform and structure data to support analytics use cases.
- Collaborate with business units to deliver actionable insights.
- Enable data-informed decision-making across departments.
- Uphold data quality, consistency, and governance practices.
- Test and validate data models, reports, and analytics outputs.
- Produce and update technical and functional documentation.
- Promote and support self-service analytics capabilities.
- Work within Agile development teams and attend Scrum events.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in data processes and tools.
- Support the development and maturity of the enterprise data platform.
