Responsibilities

  • Onboard new enterprise clients, with a focus on security firms based in the United States.
  • Work closely with development teams to maintain high service quality and meet delivery timelines.
  • Actively promote product adoption, showcase measurable value, and uncover potential upsell avenues.
  • Handle ongoing client support requests, incident resolution, and feedback collection.
  • Spot opportunities for improvement and propose updates to product or technical features.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders in security and risk management.
  • Assist in creating and updating documentation, operational playbooks, user manuals, and training resources.
