Responsibilities
- Onboard new enterprise clients, with a focus on security firms based in the United States.
- Work closely with development teams to maintain high service quality and meet delivery timelines.
- Actively promote product adoption, showcase measurable value, and uncover potential upsell avenues.
- Handle ongoing client support requests, incident resolution, and feedback collection.
- Spot opportunities for improvement and propose updates to product or technical features.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders in security and risk management.
- Assist in creating and updating documentation, operational playbooks, user manuals, and training resources.
