Be on top of CRM trends and own complex projects to further grow the contribution of CRM to business results Own complex CRM projects to support new product launches and ensure CRM-readiness from a technical and commercial perspective. Leverage data to better understand our customer segments and their lifecycle, ultimately increasing LTV and retention Act as the key CRM stakeholder in product streams, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate product features into CRM measures Deliver a seamless lifecycle experience by managing impactful campaigns across multiple channels including email, push, SMS etc. Continuously identify friction points in the customer experience and develop CRM-based solutions to enhance product engagement
