Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of territory plans that enhance vertical alignment and targeted use case adoption
- Provide strategic input to account executives during planning based on territory insights and recommendations
- Ensure all territory and account planning recommendations are consistent with Now Value principles
- Collaborate with the account team, clients, and partners to help customers visualize digital transformation benefits and shape strategic direction
- Coordinate with sales consultants and specialist sales consultants on capability roadmaps to align feedback and engagement strategies
- Mentor account executives, account development representatives, and customer success engineers in core specialty solution knowledge to uncover opportunities and support sales progression
- Adapt time management according to territory demands and team requirements, while recognizing team achievements
- Promote diversity and inclusion to foster a respectful and supportive work culture
