Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of territory plans that enhance vertical alignment and targeted use case adoption
  • Provide strategic input to account executives during planning based on territory insights and recommendations
  • Ensure all territory and account planning recommendations are consistent with Now Value principles
  • Collaborate with the account team, clients, and partners to help customers visualize digital transformation benefits and shape strategic direction
  • Coordinate with sales consultants and specialist sales consultants on capability roadmaps to align feedback and engagement strategies
  • Mentor account executives, account development representatives, and customer success engineers in core specialty solution knowledge to uncover opportunities and support sales progression
  • Adapt time management according to territory demands and team requirements, while recognizing team achievements
  • Promote diversity and inclusion to foster a respectful and supportive work culture
