Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of credit origination, including planning, execution, and performance tracking against set objectives
- Monitor and assess critical credit risk metrics to detect patterns, outliers, and potential issues
- Provide analytical support for pricing models, credit limits, and underwriting strategies with actionable insights
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to enhance automation and scalability of credit systems
- Support ongoing portfolio evaluation, cohort performance reviews, and early warning detection across regions and offerings
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation, policies, and reporting frameworks to ensure compliance and audit readiness
