About the Role

Provide legal guidance and structure for partner-facing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards while managing risk and driving scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on legal aspects of partner agreements and program frameworks
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to channel and alliance partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to launch partner offerings
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks in global partner operations
  • Support the development of policies governing partner conduct and performance
  • Interpret contractual terms for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Manage external counsel in cross-border legal matters
  • Lead due diligence for new partnership initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments
  • Guide internal teams on intellectual property considerations in partner contexts
  • Assist with dispute resolution involving partner relationships
  • Develop standard contract templates to streamline partner onboarding
  • Evaluate data privacy and security obligations in partner integrations
  • Support marketing compliance for co-branded partner campaigns

  • Provide input on partner termination and transition processes
  • Monitor adherence to contractual service level commitments
