Retirement Plan Advisory Group (Subsidiary Of Great Gray) is hiring a Senior Content Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce content for the trust company brand, centered on core themes such as CIT education, target-date fund insights, and evolving retirement strategies.
  • Oversee the full content lifecycle from initial briefing to final distribution, including drafting, subject matter expert review, compliance sign-off, design coordination, and publishing.
  • Work closely with compliance and legal leadership to ensure all content meets regulatory requirements, industry standards, and legal guidelines.
  • Create and refine high-caliber written material tailored to advisors, institutional clients, asset managers, and recordkeepers, following established brand voice principles of authority, precision, and professionalism.
  • Use content atomization to transform primary assets into multiple formats, such as blog posts, email campaigns, LinkedIn content, and sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product marketing, demand generation, and compliance teams to ensure content accuracy, regulatory alignment, and consistent branding.
  • Support search engine and answer engine optimization through keyword-driven content, FAQ schema, author markup, and structured data implementation.
  • Manage and update the central content repository with precise metadata, including brand, content pillar, target audience, funnel stage, format, and lifecycle status.
  • Monitor content performance using defined metrics for attention, engagement, and business impact, and provide insights during regular performance reviews.
  • Lead the quarterly editorial calendar with a consistent monthly output: one thought leadership piece or whitepaper, one distributor brief or case study, one media feature or event highlight, one executive blog, and one newsletter.
  • Partner with design and digital teams to adapt content for owned, earned, sales-led, and paid channels.
  • Develop compelling content assets to support public relations, including media-ready narratives, executive viewpoints, and data-driven stories.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
