Responsibilities
- Lead life sciences clients in setting up and deploying a regulatory software suite to improve international regulatory workflows.
- Oversee full-cycle implementation projects, including planning, gathering needs, data migration, system setup, validation, and launch support.
- Facilitate requirement sessions, then design, test, and document system configurations while aligning solutions with business goals and industry best practices.
- Provide leadership in program and project management, including team coordination, resource allocation, and motivation of cross-functional groups.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, risk tracking, and progress reporting across teams and stakeholders.
- Support and develop project team members and consultants to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Work with internal departments such as Product, Strategy, and Sales to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Compensation
Base pay: $80,000 - $200,000
