As a Senior Consultant/ Manager, you will be responsible for… Delivering high quality work with limited oversight. Leading work-streams or small projects across Asset Management and Banking Defining practice governance structure and required reports/dashboards Supporting the delivery of projects, potentially working across several clients in Asia and, if required, support overseas engagements. Supporting the development of content and pitches for practice-related opportunities and proposals, specifically in the Asset Management segment Actively contributing to the development of Sia Partners assets and IP including methodology, tools, templates, guidelines and lead initiatives to continuously improve and integrate them with other Sia Partners assets across the Practice. Manage projects as a BA/PM depending on need Review, manage and implement client plan and governance to be used for the project timeline Engage stakeholders across business, legal and compliance. Manage vendors and technology partners to ensure smooth delivery of project Assisting in marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners and your practice across social networks. Interacting with other industry teams within Sia Partners to share information. Building and maintaining your own external professional peer networks.
