Sia Partners is hiring a Senior Consultant/ Manager – Banking (Asset Management)

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
• Lead workstreams or small-scale initiatives in asset management and banking sectors
• Establish governance frameworks and define reporting tools such as dashboards and metrics
• Support project execution, possibly managing multiple clients across Asia and contributing to international assignments
• Assist in creating content and proposals for opportunities in the asset management space
• Contribute actively to building organizational knowledge, including methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices, while leading improvement efforts aligned with broader practice assets
• Take on business analysis or project management responsibilities as needed
• Oversee, review, and execute client project plans and governance structures throughout project lifecycles
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, legal, and compliance functions
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners to ensure timely and effective project delivery
• Support marketing initiatives and enhance external brand presence through digital channels
• Engage with internal industry groups to exchange insights and leverage cross-functional expertise
• Develop and sustain external professional networks within the industry
