Responsibilities
- Guide the identification of AI opportunities by framing business problems, assessing feasibility, building value cases, and setting performance indicators
- Convert business objectives into technically actionable AI requirements while maintaining strong understanding of technical systems
- Integrate principles of trustworthy and ethical AI across data governance, security, compliance, model transparency, and data integrity
- Facilitate collaborative workshops with business and technical teams to uncover and rank potential AI initiatives
- Develop clear AI use case definitions including problem descriptions, value propositions, success metrics, technical viability, and data preparedness
- Transform business needs into detailed functional and non-functional AI specifications, including data pipelines, process workflows, system integrations, and human oversight mechanisms
- Support the development and deployment of minimum viable products or pilot projects, ensuring alignment between business goals and model performance
- Assist in establishing governance frameworks for responsible AI, covering risk management, regulatory compliance, and model explainability
- Create clear, executive-level documentation such as use case summaries, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps
- Help build internal tools, frameworks, and reusable components to accelerate future AI project delivery
