Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of system installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope.
- Design and refine workflows for supply chain logistics, inventory control, cost tracking, and field deployment.
- Manage procurement activities and monitor material deliveries to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Coordinate with inspectors, fire departments, and municipal authorities to meet code and permitting requirements.
- Act as the main liaison for homeowners, builders, architects, and contractors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Deliver technical expertise and support to clients during installation and ongoing system maintenance.
- Partner with sales and business development on site assessments, client meetings, and project planning.
- Hire, train, and supervise installation crews, including foremen, subcontractors, and external partners.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that connects field operations with office functions.
- Offer regular performance feedback, coaching, and evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
- Work with engineering and product teams to refine system designs and improve installation methods.
- Contribute to the creation of technical guides and training resources for internal and customer use.
- Establish effective systems for project monitoring, progress reporting, and financial projections.
- Manage site inspections, engineering reviews, and permitting processes.
- Support existing clients with operational and maintenance services.
- Assist with vehicle upkeep, backflow testing, time-and-materials agreements, and tax-exempt purchasing compliance.
