Oklo Inc. is hiring a Senior Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced computational fluid dynamics simulations to evaluate thermal-hydraulic performance across reactor cores, vessels, heat exchangers, and associated systems
  • Design and analyze thermal-hydraulic systems with proactive modeling techniques
  • Create and apply analysis methodologies that efficiently validate and strengthen design confidence
  • Carry out multidisciplinary engineering assessments covering thermal behavior, fluid dynamics, safety, production feasibility, and cost implications
  • Work closely with diverse teams to establish design criteria and deliver actionable technical input to fast-moving development groups
  • Maintain thorough documentation using modern tools and produce clear, well-structured technical reports
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance to rapidly iterating design teams
