Responsibilities
- Evaluate and troubleshoot various types of combustion equipment including heaters, furnaces, boilers, flares, and related systems.
- Assess structural soundness, operational performance, and projected lifespan of equipment.
- Detect root causes of failures and malfunctions, and design effective technical remedies.
- Advise on maintenance requirements, inspect completed repairs, and assess spare parts planning.
- Perform initial site assessments of heaters and furnaces and prepare pre-turnaround evaluation reports.
- Assist in commissioning processes, including equipment inspection, installation verification, and startup support.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Define investigation scopes and coordinate with application and project teams as required.
- Lead technical training sessions and educational programs for customers.
- Engage with current and prospective clients to ensure inclusion in approved vendor lists across product lines.
- Identify potential new business leads and initiate formal inquiries.
- Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct on-site evaluations, diagnose equipment issues, and deliver technical support.
- Collect market insights, assist in clarifying technical quotes, and contribute to winning orders.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, production, and logistics teams to align internal efforts.
- Provide on-site support during equipment startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.
- Enhance the effectiveness of field representatives or locate new regional partners.
- Deliver technical seminars and instructional sessions to customer groups.
- Supply input to product development teams to support ongoing enhancements.
- Monitor client maintenance schedules and align service offerings accordingly.
- Operate in strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
