Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategies for service availability, scalability, and performance
- Regularly assess current infrastructure and technology stack to ensure peak efficiency, reliability, and security
- Build and promote security capabilities through internal advocacy and training on secure architectures
- Lead automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration, including designing CI/CD pipelines and setting team-wide best practices
- Carry out development, automation, and deployment tasks independently with minimal oversight
- Offer technical leadership and mentorship in cloud technologies and application development to engineering teams
- Manage infrastructure spending and recommend cost-effective solutions in collaboration with development teams
