Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for generative AI projects, including funded implementations, proof-of-value initiatives, and customer-facing AI programs.
- Convert business objectives into actionable technical architectures, implementation roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Design, configure, and validate AI and data solutions on AWS with a focus on production-grade reliability and scalability.
- Manage end-to-end technical execution from initial discovery to final delivery, including design reviews, workshops, and executive reporting.
- Engage in high-complexity customer environments requiring deep technical expertise, rapid problem-solving, and trusted advisory presence.
- Drive product adoption by integrating platform capabilities into AI and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Support new customer acquisition through technical consulting, implementation support, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Expand usage among existing customers by guiding adoption of advanced features and higher-value service offerings.
- Collaborate with AWS partner teams to strengthen technical partnerships and support joint AI initiatives.
- Identify recurring technical patterns and develop standardized approaches, playbooks, and product improvement recommendations.
- Transform custom implementations into reusable solution templates and scalable service offerings.
- Improve delivery efficiency by contributing to standardized engagement models, sizing frameworks, and technical asset libraries.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and partner teams to align technical efforts with business priorities.
- Provide technical leadership during planning, discovery, handoff, and execution phases of customer engagements.
- Ensure engagements are clearly scoped, well-documented, and aligned with defined success metrics.
- Maintain visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and next actions.
- Use operational systems to keep engagement data accurate, up-to-date, and measurable.
- Support the development of adoption playbooks, funding processes, issue tracking hygiene, and team management rhythms.
