Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact generative AI projects including technical implementations, funded proofs of value, and customer-facing initiatives.
- Convert business objectives into actionable technical architectures, implementation roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Design and deploy AWS-native AI and data platforms with a focus on production-grade reliability and scalability.
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery, from initial discovery to final handoff, including design reviews, workshops, and executive reporting.
- Engage in complex customer environments requiring deep technical expertise, rapid problem-solving, and trusted advisor presence.
- Drive adoption of platform products by integrating them into AI and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Support new customer acquisition through technical consulting, proof-of-value engagements, and implementation-led selling.
- Enable existing customers to adopt advanced capabilities, launch new workloads, and increase product usage.
- Collaborate with AWS partner teams to strengthen strategic positioning in AI programs and funded initiatives.
- Identify recurring technical patterns and convert them into standardized playbooks, delivery methods, or product feedback.
- Transform one-time customer solutions into reusable templates and scalable offerings for broader deployment.
- Improve team efficiency by contributing to consistent engagement scoping, delivery frameworks, and technical asset management.
- Work closely with Solution Engineers, Account Managers, Customer Success, and Engagement Managers to align execution with business needs.
- Provide technical leadership across discovery, planning, transition, and delivery phases.
- Ensure customer projects are clearly scoped, documented, and aligned with defined success metrics.
- Maintain visibility into active workstreams, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.
- Use operational systems to keep engagement data accurate, current, and quantifiable.
- Support the development of adoption playbooks, funding processes, tool hygiene, and team rhythms to scale field engineering operations.
