Talent Voyager is hiring a Senior Closer to join our sales team. In this role, you will convert qualified leads into long-term clients by communicating value clearly, handling objections, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our services. You will engage prospects during the final stage of the sales cycle in our fast-growing, performance-driven organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute final-stage sales calls with qualified prospects
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions to address concerns and objections
- Negotiate terms, present proposals, and close deals while nurturing a positive client experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience closing sales, ideally within e-commerce, digital marketing, or related high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value clearly and confidently
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales processes
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and disciplined in daily work habits
- Comfortable working remotely with strong time-management and organizational skills
