Responsibilities
- Drive revenue performance for designated accounts and potential clients by identifying and capitalizing on new business, expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead strategic business reviews and sales presentations, aligning offerings with client objectives, solutions, and commercial timelines.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial discovery and needs assessment to product demonstrations, proposal creation, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and technical teams to ensure seamless transition and fast realization of value post-sale.
- Support ongoing client satisfaction as reflected in NPS results and sustained revenue growth.
- Maintain precise sales forecasts, clean pipeline data, and regular activity reporting using Salesforce.
- Detect early signs of customer churn or renewal risks and work with CSMs, Product, and leadership to secure revenue.
- Stay current on product developments, taxonomy updates, and automation features to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Confidently present and sell the full portfolio of divisional offerings.
- Act as a brand advocate by communicating high-level company solutions and strategic goals.
- Handle client escalations professionally and provide clear, executive-level communication when needed.
