Applied Underwriters is hiring a Senior Claims Adjuster to specialize in Employer Practices Liability claims. You will handle a significant and complex caseload, applying expert analysis and industry knowledge to resolve claims effectively.

What You'll Do

• Manage a complex caseload of Employer Practices Liability claims from start to resolution.
• Conduct thorough coverage analysis, liability investigations, and damage evaluations.
• Set and maintain accurate financial reserves.
• Direct and collaborate with defense counsel, internal partners, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare detailed claim reports and make sound, data-driven recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive experience handling Employer Practices Liability claims.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex coverage analysis, litigation management, and high-exposure claim resolution.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding caseload.
• Relevant state adjuster licenses and industry designations (e.g., SCLA, AIC).
