Sia Partners is hiring a Senior Cash Management Relationship Specialist (FSI)

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer portfolios from initial readiness evaluation through compliance documentation, implementation coordination, live deployment, and post-transition monitoring.
  • Evaluate each client's product complexity at the start of engagement and establish realistic timelines and expectations based on their unique circumstances.
  • Lead clients through the entire transition process, addressing concerns and maintaining engagement despite potential operational disruptions.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure they meet prerequisites for key implementation milestones, including testing, documentation, and internal change efforts.
  • Conduct a formal post-go-live review period to verify transaction migration, perform proactive follow-ups, and officially conclude the transition phase.
  • Work closely with sales and account management teams, serving as a reliable daily point of contact integrated within the Canadian sales function.
  • Support clients through account setup and documentation processes by coordinating with compliance and know-your-customer teams, including cases involving multiple jurisdictions.
  • Interface with internal migration and product teams at key transition points, escalating any client-related delays that could impact overall program schedules.
  • Ensure all external communications are reviewed and approved by the marketing and communications department before distribution.
  • Recognize potential expansion opportunities within the client base and provide well-documented referrals to the sales team.
  • Use value-based and risk-mitigation messaging during onboarding to encourage adoption of advanced product features.
  • Proactively identify accounts sensitive to pricing or at risk of disengagement, and implement retention strategies in collaboration with sales.
  • Strengthen the overall commercial relationship by serving as a knowledgeable and trusted representative for corporate treasury contacts.
  • Support continuous improvement by documenting common objections, escalation patterns, and process inefficiencies for future cohort refinements.
  • Take part in planning sessions for upcoming implementation waves and provide input on sequencing risks tied to specific clients.
