Lead growth marketing for 1Password's SaaS Manager solution as a core member of the SaaS Manager virtual business unit.
Create demand, generate pipeline, and find repeatable growth loops to scale the SaaS Manager business.
Own new logo demand gen and cross-sell expansion strategy end-to-end.
Partner with Product, PMM, Revenue Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Web, and Sales to sharpen positioning, unlock pipeline, and build the marketing engine.
Act as the bridge between experimentation and execution to maintain momentum and iterate on what works.
Build and leverage AI agents and automated workflows to operate faster, surface insights sooner, and scale efforts without adding headcount.

8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with a track record of building programs from the ground up.
Proven ability to own pipeline outcomes end-to-end -- from strategy through execution and measurement -- across multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth, adoption, and revenue impact, without waiting for perfect conditions or complete resources.
Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives as a driving force, including bringing new products or capabilities to market by rallying teams, removing blockers, and taking accountability for results even outside your direct authority.
Deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and the content/messaging needed to influence them.
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS growth metrics including ARR, pipeline generation, product adoption, retention, and expansion.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a bias toward action and experimentation; comfortable making high-quality decisions with imperfect information and owning the outcomes.
Ability to deliver clear recommendations and influence decisions across all levels of the organization.
Proactive use of AI as a force-multiplier for demand generation efforts -- speeding research, insights, and content iteration -- while preserving brand voice and accuracy.
Must be based in EST.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
Travel for in-person engagement is required, including annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
