Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and deployment of scalable data architectures, semantic layers, and dashboards essential for enterprise reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to convert unclear business needs into defined, actionable data products.
- Develop and manage dbt-based data models that standardize definitions and promote self-service analytics to minimize manual requests.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Copilot to streamline SQL writing, model setup, and documentation, while maintaining ownership of analytical integrity.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, governance, and documentation across all BI assets to support trust and discoverability.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and data gaps to deliver insights beyond reactive reporting.
- Assess and integrate new AI technologies to enhance team efficiency and advance the adoption of AI in daily workflows.
