Responsibilities
- Extract insights from data analysis, modeling, hypothesis testing, root cause identification, prototyping, forecasting, Tableau reporting, and SQL scripting to guide marketing strategy.
- Apply descriptive and diagnostic analytics to deliver clear, actionable recommendations for marketing leadership.
- Design independent, comprehensive, and accurate metrics that align with company goals and promote effective decision-making behaviors.
- Evaluate performance across SEM, SEO, and Generative AI channels by analyzing spend efficiency, keyword performance, organic visibility, share of voice, conversion funnels, and lead value or ROAS to inform budget and strategy decisions.
- Map marketing processes and customer journeys to corresponding data flows from acquisition through engagement to revenue.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, revenue, client and talent experience, operations, communication, systems, tools, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, data analysts, and business process owners to enable data-driven decisions while managing competing priorities.
- Utilize Generative AI platforms like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and assess AI-driven search and referral impacts on marketing outcomes.
- Build and maintain end-to-end marketing data systems, integrating tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads from lead capture to revenue tracking.
