About the Role
The individual in this position will serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, translating operational requirements into functional specifications and supporting system implementation and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams
- Collaborate with developers and testers during system design and implementation phases
- Validate system functionality through testing and user acceptance processes
- Document workflows, processes, and system changes with clarity and precision

- Facilitate communication between non-technical staff and IT personnel
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in project planning and timeline estimations for deliverables
- Maintain traceability between business needs and technical solutions

- Monitor system performance and recommend adjustments as needed
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes
- Coordinate with external vendors when third-party systems are involved
