Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals by managing pipeline creation, conversion, and successful deal closures.
- Build and sustain a high-quality sales pipeline through outreach across various sectors, including primary care, hospice, care services, and secondary care, as well as non-healthcare industries when justified by business potential.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations of RotaMaster that directly respond to client challenges and operational requirements.
- Continuously shape and improve definitions of target customer profiles, value propositions, and sales strategies for both established and emerging markets.
- Explore and implement pricing and packaging improvements to increase revenue performance.
- Pursue and develop opportunities in adjacent markets with strong growth potential to drive additional revenue streams.
- Maintain a clear and current understanding of market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape.
- Supply actionable insights on market conditions and customer behavior to guide product innovation and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives and enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
- Work alongside Product and Customer Success teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development and service delivery.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, transparent pipeline tracking, and consistent performance measurement.
- Deliver regular updates to senior leadership with insights on performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended next steps.
