Responsibilities
- Lead recurring prioritization sessions with business partners across Consumer, Institutional, Base, and Development to evaluate upcoming product launches and coordinate financial support across initiatives.
- Promote high standards of quality and compliance by managing the full lifecycle of product launch reviews, keeping Finance Requirements current, and tracking resolution owners and timelines for all critical issues.
- Work closely with finance teams, business leaders, and cross-functional groups to assess emerging product strategies, define financial criteria, and enable swift execution in a dynamic setting.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to business teams, guiding them through finance processes and enabling operational scale with reduced friction.
- Collaborate with EAA and Finance Engineering to build new reporting tools and automate workflows where feasible.
- Conduct accounting assessments for new products and strategic initiatives to confirm adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.
- Engage with business and process owners to identify, design, and deploy financial controls that mitigate key risks and maintain operational integrity.
- Generate clear, accurate documentation such as fund flow diagrams, risk summaries, and executive status reports.
